It seems that they don't provide a telephone number for billing-related enquiries (!), however there IS a general enquiries number here for the UK http://help.aol.co.uk/contact-aol/article/20070131115209990001
You can cancel by contacting you bank, but I'd also speak to AOL to resolve why they still think they should be billing you (and make a note of the date/time of call and the full name of the person you speak to). If they agree something over the phone, ask that they confirm in writing.
