But you could become a fountain of knowledge! Or a star poster! When you're unregistered you remain as a new user, nobody knows who you are, and if you're giving advice, we wouldn't know whether it was ok to follow that advice. Even if you used the same name without registering, someone could come along and take it. Personally, I'd rather take advice from a trusted, registered user. No offence.
