1&1, I rate very very low. Very expensive... Although they have very good uptime.
I would reccomend www.jc-host.com . They start at $1 (around 75p) for 1Gb Space with MySQL and all scripting. They have been up a few months (although their release was a few days ago) and they have been brilliant. They use cPanel, which many hosts lack. If your wondering, their server is located in the UK, although their prices are in USD, because that currency is used more often.
