Hi Joe
I dont have C:\Documents and Settings\John Kearns\Local Settings\temp\Werb2c6.dir00 or the files in it on my system but I do have Wer7b24.diroo in that location with a svchost.exe.mdmp file within it should I delete this folder and file.Thanks..
