For a change we had a very fast download getting 125Kbps Plus and Downloaded the "38MB" in 6 Mins:49 seconds! 
Either there is No traffic, or Its a very fast server? 
And their numbers are wrong the File(for Windows) is 46 MB Not 38MB
Have a feeling it'll ask for Firewall access?
