Disable Autocomplete in Firefox 3 Address Bar
      Sun Jun 22 2008 10:53 AM

One of the new features of Firefox 3 is the Address Bar autocomplete feature.

When you start typing in a URL, a load of addresses you previously searched for start to appear.

Some people love this new feature, some people don't.

For those that don't, here's how to disable it:

Type about:config into the Address Bar
Click B to scroll down to the B entries in the list.
Click browser.urlbar.maxRichResults
Set value to -1
Restart Firefox.
