Hi Greysts Replied to you before but it would appear to have vanished.Goodness knows what i have done not yet used to using site. Have downloaded all optional updates. Left clicked problem in device driver and tried to update driver and was told best driver software for your device is already installed. Windows has determined the driver software for your device is up to date. Microsoft 6 to 4 adapter.
I then right clicked and got a message this device is not working properly because windows cannot load the drivers required for this device (code 31)
If I do as you say I would only be able to disable as I don't appear to have the option to delete. If I do this and start my machine again and it doesn't offer me the chance to reinstall what then. Sorry if I sound as though I am panicking but I am. Can you tell me what this adapter is for??? Regards Maureen
