How do I share my Windows Address Book on another PC?

I need to share the Address Book on PC on my network so someone else can work on it on my laptop. I'm using IE7/Outlook Express in Windows XP. I read on the web today that this can be tricky. I was just going to find the WAB file in Windows, share it and access it on the other computer. Then any changes we make to it on the laptop will update on the PC. Is that not the case? Anybody know?
