Notepad alternative

If you have notepad open while browsing the internet to cut and paste url’s , product details and prices from websites etc then you will know how frustrating it is when Notepad minimises each time you click back into the browser. A great alternative is Metapad . This free program can be configured to always stay on top of the desktop in a certain position and size. It also has hyperlink support so any web address copied to the pad can be clicked and launched immediately. The program has a number of other useful features lacking in Notepad including language plug-ins.
