I too have got the same problem as MotoGPRossi and have tried RichieP's instuctions.
Unfortunately,after accessing Bios,changing the boot up to CD first and then restarting I'm not getting a prompt to press any key to boot from the CD.
However,I can boot up from the XP recovery CD if I press Ctrl,Alt&Del but I only get the option of restoring the system to Factory settings,which will result in my Hard drive being wiped clean.
I really need to access the Recovery Console because if the Hard drive is damaged and needs replacing I will have to back up my files.
Any help will be very much appreciated.
