Right Click Button has mind of its own

i have posted about my rick click button before but noone replied. Ok, when you click the right mouse button a menu appears (Obviously!). Right....This menu appears on its own randomly without me pressing the button. It is annoying as it automatically stops me being able to type etc...and i have to click away from it. I downloaded a program to completely kill the right mouse button. This works but the menu still appears when it wants to. I know it is not a virus as I recently formatted the hard drive for other reasons. My laptop works fin but still has this one problem.
Any Ideas?
Oh, i spilt fizzy juice on it about 2 years ago but it wasfin just up untill about 2 months ago.
BTW....took me like 20 mins to write this...right click menu turned up near 50 times!!!!
