BurrWalnut Probably not explained myself properly say for example I've put in wireless a key of 1947A1948b1971Cd when I check properties it shows only eight dots. Here is how I'm putting it in on the wireless computer (Toshiba) In Netwok Name(SSID)I'm putting in the SSID from the back of my home hub In Network Authorisation I'm ptting WPA-PSK In Data Encryption I'm putting TKIP In Network Key I'm putting 16 digits as example above, ditto Confirm Network Key but after doing this when I check this setting in the Network Properties-Properties Tab on the Toshiba the Network Key shows 8 dots as any password would, but not 16 as put in. When I go to repair it says renewing your IP address, and then says it cannot renew it, for assistance contact the person who manages your network (me) I hope this explains it?
Thanks for your help.
Keith
