I sent a message to the AOL member services team asking why my speed hadn't been increased. They sent me an email back three days ago...just found it...it was in my AOL spam folder. Part of the letter says:
"I understand your concern regarding the speed upgrade and will try my level best to provide you with the necessary information.
I have contacted the necessary department on your behalf and has placed a request to upgrade the speed on your connection. The request will be processed in 7 to 10 working days and you will experience the upgraded connection speed.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation in this regard. If you have any further concern or inquiry in this regard, please feel free to write back to us and we would be glad to assist you further."
So I'll keep my fingers crossed and see what happens...I'll be letting you know.
