I would like to suggest that you disable Tea-Timer Open Spybot Search & Destroy.
In the Mode menu click "Advanced mode" if not already selected.
Choose Yes at the Warning prompt.
Expand the Tools menu.
Click Resident.
Uncheck the Resident "TeaTimer" (Protection of overall system settings) active. box.
In the File menu click Exit to exit Spybot Search & Destroy.

Open HijackThis again, select "Do a System Scan only" and place a checkmark in the boxes before the following entries:

O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {CD67F990-D8E9-11d2-98FE-00C0F0318AFE} - (no file)

Close all other open windows and click on Fix checked, then exit HijackThis.

You do have quite a bit running on your system here... it also appears that you have entries from programs doing the same job such as Ashampoo Magical Defrag and DiskeeperLite in your log, I would uninstall one of these.

Download and run StartUp Inspector.
This program will help you to decide what programs you disable from running at startup.
The Readme.txt file included has instructions on how to use it.
