They are called IP addresses and there are several ways to Find out the rough Location (owner of the Number/s) and they always come in sets of 4 numbers ranging from 0 to 255 So your set of 3 is incorrect. I suspect you missed the "Point" 178.85.45.5 <--- corrected
Oh And to Find who owns them We use a trace called WHOIS it is a network of sites linked up to the Web Domain Registry It is Useful in Tracking spammers Back to source Via some firewalls But as you are looking for a specific address
