I would issue a warning about Breathe Internet (for others' future reference).

I signed up with them because they had a big orange button on their sign up page saying "No Contract" but when I decided I wanted to cancel on the day of my first month with them I found that their 'Cancel My Account' link in my control panel didn't work and the only other way to contact them appeared to be an expensive 0901 number (though I did manage to contact them via their contact form once I didn't choose "Cancel My Account" as the subject line), and their Terms & Conditions insisted that cancellations would only take effect 30 days after my next billing date (which had now just passed so I ended up with them for 3 months rather than one and it does kinda imply a minimum contract of two months rather than "No Contract"). Also the only payment option accepted was credit card so I couldn't simply nip online to cancel a direct debit to stop them taking further monies and ended up just letting it ride.

On the plus side I will admit that I always seemed to connect at around 45kbs and other than the usual dial up annoyance of being kicked off every two hours (you can reconnect straight away but it does preclude downloading really large files like Windows Updates)the service seemed okay so it seemed a shame that they had to sully their reputation with this bit of 'dodginess'.
