Various blue screens

Okay, so i've poked around here and seen a few topics about one of my errors, "KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR"
i treid the steps there, and that still seems to be kinda screwy
but, the main one is that when i boot up my computer, after finishing loading windows, it gives me a blue screen, and doesnt give me a reason.
so i take the step of restarting it in safe mode, and restarting it without even logging in, after this, it's fine
at a guess, i'm thinking maybe my RAM is faulty?
