Firstly we need to disable spybot teatimer, as it will hinder HJT.

1. Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
2. If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
3. On the left hand side, Click on Tools
4. Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
5. Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
6. Restart your computer.

Then :-

Rerun HJT,and put a checkmark beside these :-

O2 - BHO: ShoppingReport - {100EB1FD-D03E-47FD-81F3-EE91287F9465} - C:\Program Files\ShoppingReport\Bin\2.5.0\ShoppingReport.dll
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7E853D72-626A-48EC-A868-BA8D5E23E045} - (no file)

now close all windows and browsers and click FIX CHECKED
