As yet I have not run a scan with Spybot since installing AVG 8 so it certainly does help to know of the conflict. Thanks for the alert.
Problem is, having dumped Blaster, Spybot was my remaining alternative to go with AVG8. What free Anti Spyware can actually work without having to keep re- immunizing?
AVG even advises removing Webroot's Spyware Sweeper which is a commercial product. The vendors can't be too amused reading that advice.
