although i understand where your coming from with this, to my knowledge at least no websites are age rated like films and games your best options are :
1. put the computer concerned in the family room so that parental supervision and guidance is readily available.
2. parental control software (and no, it doesn't mean the kids control you).
3. a combination of parts 1 & 2 as believe me, most computer savvy kids will get past your control software anyway.
