Your best bet is to reinstall IObit smart defrag then get Revo freeware Uninstaller at this address
http://www.revouninstaller.com/
it will uninstall most stubborn (if not all items) including ridding them from the registry.
P.S. why not get Win Patrol with this running you can select which programs run at start up as most programs insist that they should be run whether you want them to or not, also check the start up folder.
