Export from Thunderbird to Windows Live Mail

I've had Thunderbird problems recently so went looking for some new email software. I stumbled across Windows Live Mail. I really like it.

I now need a "lay mans" guide on how to get my Thunderbird emails into Windows Live Mail. Please...
