Hello, I have been trying to download SP3 from Windows Update too, but without any success. I clicked download and it seemed like half an hour while I got the message "Preparing for download" (I think!), then when it said "Downloading", nothing happened. I left my computer and came back after about half an hour, and the message said that the download had failed. I tried re starting my PC and trying again, but it still didn't work. Haven't had any trouble with Microsoft updates until now...
