To add to BedstorfromAP's suggestion...................and as it's a windows installer error you may want to try this :
Download Microsoft's windows installer clean up utility....click me ....and save it to a folder on your pc. Once you've done that , close all open windows , navigate to the folder where you saved the file and run the file to install the program . Next , on your desktop , click on start > all programs > click on the Windows Installer Clean Up Utility. A list of installed programs will appear. If any Sonic entries are listed , left click on it's/their entry/s and click on the "remove" button. Reboot your PC.
