You will always find your own ISP will be trying to contact your PC via your router to find out if the IP address that they've allocated dynamically is still needed by your own PC.
Both your hardware firewall (in the router) and Comodo will create log files of everything that goes through their respective firewalls. Open the log files to see what IP address is being used to send inbound traffic at the start of your surfing sessions.
