Can you tell us how you are checking comodo? If you're getting the information from "NetworkDefence" The outbound are most probably your own programmes you started e.g. Internet Explorer. I have no idea what the inbound is. No need to be alarmed though but I think you are right to be concerned if you have a wireless connection because you need to be properly protected.
