Have you tried sending the video through the conventional attachment method?

I don't understand what you mean by you cant open and view.

During or after RealPlayer playback of a video clip users can click the new "Share Video Link" feature to email friends a link to the original location of the video. I take this as not sending any video, but telling the recipient where the video came from.
