www.liveleak.com is like YouTube in a lot of respects except all the Principal Clips are off News sites (and related sources) its main function. There are many current stories featured
Links up to Google Maps too
I found lots of Police chase clips here and lots of tabloid type news clips
Looking even deeper there are music Vids and a handful of TV clips and Whole sections dedicated to Iran, Iraq and Afghanistan So Something for almost everyone
Now the Minus bit
There are many over 18s clips here and links though to Soft porn sitesBut the over 18 clips I saw were mild such as a Clip from the "Young Ones" But if that how their server bill is paid, then its no big deal.(Much the same material appears on YouTube)
I'll list this as a Tabloid video Site (An online version of the SUN or Daily Star in parts) 
Oh, and there are filters on this site if you feel it goes a bit too far
