Had problems with AOL in the past but not this particular problem. I have found that I you phone them you get one piece of advice, tolld to carry that out then phone back. When you phone back you get completely different advice !!! I have persisted with them over the years and the few connection problems I have had have been resolved fairly quickly .... but you really have to be persistant with them.
I too have noticed the difference when you are lgging in. What does this actually mean ?
