Don't know about the New feature/s sure to be very minor The Bug fixes are selected Bundled security updates from when the SP2 update was made (Only benefits the Lazy updaters) So overall for us who are up to date this is a Nothing sort of Patch Could have issued it on the next Patch Tuesday as an optional catch up Security Patch as well
