Perhaps the solution to this is to use one of the working PSUs and tell the friend you can have this as a swap? Save you marching down to the computer shop and telling them its not fit for use! You wanted something that runs the Plot..I have a Hiper brand 530 watt PSU running my SLI motherboard and its good value runs cool, and it too has the optional 12v lead cost about 45 pounds last year
