I'd like to delete my browsing history and I hear that doing it manually on In Exp doesn't completely clear it as files are stored to the index.dat file on the C drive. I tried to download some free software which clears the whole hard drive but I get lots of warnings questioning the trustworthiness of the software. I'm asked for digital signatures and it tries to verify the publisher and usually can't. Can anyone recommend somewhere safe to get this software.
I may just be paranoid. But I also know very little about computers!
