Thanks. The only error message I get is that it cant find the server. However,since i wrote- the signal is playing up again and i am intermittently losing connection. Talktalk have supposedly referred the problem to the BT engineers. I know at work even when the signal was steady that we had a similar connectivity problem and rebooting the router would do the trick. It just seems that I have to do it so often that I thought my router may be playing up. As replacement is quite costly I am unwilling to get a new one if it is not necessary. Think the Pc is Ok.
