Can anyone help?

I live in a block of 30 flats and some bright spark suggested it would be more cost effective to set up a community broadband connection rather than each have our own.

I'm fairly clueless and therefore not sure how easy this would be. I assume some form of router or hub would be required but I can only find info on this for a home network involving a couple of PCs and a printer. Can the same architecture be expanded to ~30 users?

Also UK home broadband probably isn't up to the job for multiple users. Would a business account be required???

I have probably overlooked a few things, so is there anything else that needs to be considered?

Any help would be appreciated
