To stop this pop-up please click on Start > Run and type MSConfig in the 'Run' box. When the System Configuration Utility opens, click on the 'Startup Tab' from there please Uncheck the Sony Ericsson PC Suite entry, then select Apply before closing and rebooting your system
Anymore problems then uninstall and then reinstall the Sony Ericsson PC Suite back onto your system.
Please Update Java:
Go here and download the latest version of Java:
http://java.sun.com/javase/downloads/index.jsp
Go to Start > Control Panel double-click Add or Remove Programs.
Search in the list for all previous installed versions of Java. (J2SE Runtime Environment.... )
Select any found and click Remove.
Then install the version you downloaded earlier.
