Medion 5100 Constantly Rebooting

Hello,
I used the "Application and Support disk" which came with my computer to reload the original drivers onto my system. A program which I liked to use (Power Producer Gold) had stopped working, so I thought I'd try to re-load the original drivers to try and get it working again. I used "Option 2" after I accessed the "Application and Support" disk. I wasn't trying to wipe everying out and start from scratch.
Reloading the drivers went very, very slowly. It took probably 45 minutes. When it finally finished, the computer tried to boot itself up. It could not get to the desk top. Now, when I turn on the computer, it keeps booting and then re-boots, re-boots, etc.
I have tried a number of things to get the computer to stop continually re-booting. I have hit the "delete" key to access the menu for setting the default BIOS settings. I hit F10 to save and exit. This hasn't worked. I have also moved the jumpers on my mother board. Also, I accessed the "Application and Support disk" and chose option 1 to re-load the start files.
My motherboard instructions are located at:
http://217.110.237.67/Manuals/7046-engl%20v1.0%20-%20MS-7046.pdf
The instructions said to move the jumpers to position 2 and 3, and then, without turning on the computer, to move the jumpers back to positions 1 and 2. I've done it, and the problem persists.
Anyone have any ideas?
