not a lot wrong there. have you tried reinstalling IE7 ?
you are also using the BETA version of HJT. delete your version and go to :-
http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/threat_analytics/HJTInstall.exe
and install the latest version and post a fresh HJT log.
