Pratical Feature"Wesabe"

Have any LloydsTSB customers tried to use this Wesabe site? Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work. Everything ok up to "memorable info", but falls down there, as you have to input certain characters of a memorable name / event etc.(eg characters 1,4 & 7 or 3,5,8....for those who don't know).
Anyone know of a work round to this? It probably can't be as you would need to input the whole word and the program would need to suss out what random letter / number to add. Shame as it seemed a good site and would be nice to have quick access to your account, but I suppose that is the price of good security on the bank's site.
