Hi there ourwilly,
What can i say...you're a genius...i got rid of Viewpoint and my laptop seemed to run sooooo much quicker...ran Hijack this and the only one i couldn't see was the viewpoint services one but i assumed this was because i had been into Services and disabled it..?
Have also updated my Java...thanks very much for the link...i never thought about lookin to see if my Java was out of date...and have read through the other hints and tips about keeping my system running well and have done a few of them already...
Thanks so much for your help...its very appreciated..
