Click on start > control panel > folder options > view tab > under the heading "hidden files and folders" place a tick to show them > apply > OK. You can now navigate to....Application Data\Mozilla\.
Just remember certain files and folders are hidden for good reason so be careful. Once you're done it would be best to go back to the folders options and reverse the changes you've made.
