System Idle Process runs between 80-97 (this is the highest)
There are about three other process including iexpoler and taskmanager that run in the single digits.
I've stop every "owner" process that I possibly could inorder to bring down the CPU Usage percentage. No luck. So I figured it may have been a virus. I defrag every chance I get when I install and un-install programs. My computer is pushing its years but, I've kept everything updated and in tip top performance. This all of a sudden happened.
