you definitely need a system reinstallation. however, but only as a temporary solution you can try with something like ashampoo win optimizer and instead of moving the files you can use something like hard disk defrag software. You don't have to pay, use their trials because they are something like 'cosmetics' so surely you'll still need a windows reinstall in the close future.
