Go to Start, then Control Panel and then Add/Remove Programs. Click Remove on any of the following:
CiD Help
CiD Manager
Messenger plus or messenger plus and client
Download Plugin for Internet Explorer
Bitdownload
Zone Media
WinZix
Search Plugin
Bitgrabber
BitRol
Netpumper
Torrent101
W3player
While uninstalling the above, if you're asked for a Verification code, please enter the numbers that appear in the window.
Please uninstall any of the following programs as well (if listed):
My Web Search
FunWebProducts
My Web Search (Smiley Central or FWP product as applicable)
My Way Speedbar (Smiley Central or other FWP as applicable)
My Way Speedbar (AOL and Yahoo Messengers) (beta users only)
My Way Speedbar (Outlook, Outlook Express, and IncrediMail)
Search Assistant - My Way
Once done, restart your machine - Important!
then :-
Download Deljob.exe and save it on your desktop.
http://home.hetnet.nl/~stefsmeenk/deljob.exe
Doubleclick Deljob.exe.
A log, (logit.txt) should open afterwards. This log will be present on your desktop
Post the contents of the logfile in your next reply together with a new Hijackthislog.
