Why don't you tick the obvious ones and let us know the ones you are unsure about. There's isn't a minimum amount of start up apps as we all use different set ups and have different programmes installed.
At present you have 37 which is way too much........you should probably be able get it down to 4 or 5 ish.
The two you DO NOT want to remove are your firewall and antivirus .
