Code Stuff Starter

If I use Code Stuff Starter, what would be the minimum amout of ticked items I could get away with and what they be? At present there are 37 items ticked and none unticked. There are some obvious ones that I could untick but I would like to shorten startup so a bit of advice would be useful. Cheers
