firstly you need to remove some of these :-
AVG Anti-Spyware
Ad-Aware 2007
AOL\Active Security Monitor
AOL antiSpyware
Search & Destroy\TeaTimer.exe
you have 5 antispyware programs running in real time.i would remove 4 of them and leave
avg antispyware running. they will definitely be slowing down your computer and could be conflicting with each other.
Then :-
Please download ComboFix from either of these two locations
BleepingComputerComboFix
geeks to go combofix
* Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
* When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall.
Post back with the log from ComboFix and a new HJT log please.
