I need to print very important school documents needed by Tuesday afternoon . I have tried over and over again to try to install my printer on this new computer and have had no luck whatsoever . It is an old printer , a Lexmark Z55, and I have plugged it in the usb port .The "ADD NEW SOFTWARE WIZARD " pops up but tells me that it cant find the neccessary software.I try to "add a printer" but it does not work. Any help would be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance.
