CPU idling at 100%

Hey,
My notebook has been idling very high when there aren't any programs running. I just wanted you to check the hijack file just incase a virus slipped through. I have corparate virus protection software because the college I went to required that we have the software inorder to log onto their server. But this is a private computer.
