My 2 bobs worth....
Easy navigation which is good but the background is a bit of an eyesore. Try something a little plainer or something without so much detail as it makes the text a little difficult to read.
Many links (Particularlly on the badges page) seem to navigate AWAY from your site. Have the link open in a new window so that people still remain at your site while lookking at others.
There is a mailing list option which covers a large chunk of the text at the bottom of the page.
The links on the pages are light blue and on a light background, many visitors may find them hard to read.
Thats the criticism from me :-)
The sites contents is great and informative and navigation simple but I think you might want to think about changing the layut a little?
