load error on bootup

Hi, First time here so hope someone can help.Having problems loading windows just after switching on as I get a load error. Have got black screen with the following text
Boot from CD (this is normal)
Load error!
Press a key to reboot
Intel UNDI, PXE-2.0.(build082)
copyright(c)1997-2000 Intel Corporation
For Realtek RTL8139(x)/8130/810X PCI Fast Enternet Controller v2.13(020326)

No boot filename received
PXE-M0F: exiting PXE ROM
this then repeats one more time and ends with
Disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter
I am able to access BIOS and no further
Cannot enter recovery system so decided to clean reinstal using recovery discs, reinstalled but on boot up again i get same msg.
pc running widows media centre with 1GB of memory connected to D-Link router. If anyone can help I would be grateful
